Nutty and roasty malt flavors set the stage for our English Brown. English East Kent Goldings Hops are used for both bittering and aroma in this beer, perfectly balancing out the malt forward character.

02 SHELTERED BAY IPA 7.25 ABV 70 IBU

Pacific Northwest style IPA full of bold hop flavors that are balanced by a strong malt backbone.  Sheltered Bay IPA has a complex aroma of sweet toffee, freshly baked bread and vibrant orange and grapefruit zest. The medium-full body has a base of toasted malt with just a touch of sweet caramel to provide a great balance for the hops we use.

03 S-TURNS HAZY IPA 6.4 ABV 40 IBU

Simcoe Pale fermented with SACC Brux Trois. Brewed with Simcoe and Azacca hops and Pink Salt. Hazy with an aroma of mango, lychee, and ripe melon. Clean citrus notes of tangerine and grapefruit with light tropical esters.

Belgian Table Saison. Slightly fruity and spicy with a dry clean finish.

This Amber Ale has a nice malty sweetness with notes of caramel and chocolate with a slight hoppy finish.

A classic Belgian Wit with freshly grated grapefruit zest and a splash of local pineapple. The extra citrus is balanced out by a light spice note of coriander that finishes dry and refreshing. Bright, hazy and crushable.

Two-row, crystal, wheat, and lots of chocolate malt make for a rich, roasty, bittersweet beer with a residual sweetness that will call to mind a Thai cappuccino.

12 BLACK HONEY SAISON 5.48 ABV 30 IBU

Dark in color, with fluffy head. A slight sweetness up front from the honey are met with aromas of banana, clove and an earthy funkiness from the Saison yeast. A slight roastiness from Midnight Wheat malts used in the brew balance beautifully with the residual tartness in the finish.
